Unsatisfactory
With out permission of client they brought security and after calling customer care they have not wear how to resolve my query and now my 2000 rs go HDFC security without trading
Today I have registered a complaint with SCORES AT SEBI . Details of the complaint are as follows Pls explain this screen shot if I sell 2500 shares of BHEL at 44.35 I will make Rs 819.00 This is precisely what the customer sees the customer has no clue that HDFC is silently cheating him with hidden charges unknown to the customer . This is precisely what happened when I sold 23300 shares of Yes bank at 18.40 without knowing that HDFC had its hidden agenda behind the screen . When I sold 23300 shares of Yes Bank on 12 Jan the TRADING SCREEN OF HDFC Securities indicated that I would make a profit of Rs 8500 so I sold these shares, however when I saw the profit Statement for 12 Jan 2021 it was Rs 312 as profit made. HDFC securities in its portal only intimates the Average Purchase price and HIDES the Average Sales PRICE AND IN THE PROCESS I have lost more than 3 Lakhs trading with HDFC Securities. None within HDFC are able to explain this .The screen shot indicates that if I sell 2500 shares of BHEL I make Rs 819 but that’s not true. HDFC to refund the entire loss made by me
