Just in case, the online opening account is not compatible with you, you can also open the account offline. For this, you need to pay ₹200 and your account with be activated.

If you have paid ₹300 at the beginning of the Zerodha account opening process, but haven’t activated the commodity segment, then you don’t have to pay any extra cost on activation later.
You can simply go on the activated segment, and within 48 hours you can also start the trading.
Zerodha Commodity Account AMC Charges
Zerodha also charges some account maintenance charges for the commodity trading account. Although there are no AMC charges for the commodity trading account, since you are availing of the facilities of the demat account and trading account, you need to pay the account maintenance charges as well.
