• You will be directed to the page where you will be asked to pay ‘Pay account opening fee’. You can pay fees by UPI, Card, Netbanking or Wallet. Hit on ‘Pay and Continue’ to continue. 

• Provide your Aadar number for Aadhar KYC verification. Click on ‘Continue to Digilocker’.

• You will receive an OTP from UIDAI. Apply OTP and Click on ‘Continue’ on the screen shown below. Allow Zerodha to provide an access to the Digilocker account. 
• Once the Aadhar KYC is complete and now you can proceed to open a Demat account. Click on Continue now.
• You have to provide personal and background details. Provide all the required information and then click on the ‘continue’ button. 

• Next is the step to link your bank account with your Demat account to transfer funds for stock trading. You can link your bank account using ‘Link Using IFSC’ or ‘Link Using UPI-ID’.

• Continue by completing the step of “In-Person Verification’ and uploading the documents required for demat account. 

• Now to complete the application process click on the e-Sign button and complete the process by entering the Aadhar number and OTP received on your registered mobile number. 

• Click on the ‘Finish’ button. Your registration process is done, you can now sign in using the user id and password once the account gets activated.
