Who said mosl complain grivance redressal.is good. They are worst in industry
They are literslly daku and chor. They deduct money jaise inke bap ka paisa ho.

You are coorect Mr. Suresh.
I have faced the same problems. RM and Support people are not trained and connecting to them is very difficult. They are not bothered about the customers call. Neither they pick up landline nor they circulate any cell number to connect. I have been told in 2017, that if i invest in MOSL Regular Growth Fund i will get atleast 10% return, but till date i have lost the money.

Very much poor costomer support from motilal oswal, also advisors and managers are not so much supporting they are like govt employees to take costomers granted for everything. Pathetic and hopeless services towards raised complaints, nobody is willing to sort out issues rather create more issues with costomer money.
