Edelweiss Broking Support Timings
The broker provides customer support from 8 am to 8 pm during weekdays and from 10 am to 5 pm on Saturdays. There is no customer service provided on Sundays.

I got the details for my trading from the edelweiss helpdesk team and broker (Kumar.Shravan@edelweissfin.com) and (ravindra.kumar@edelweissfin.com) have charged incorrectly and deducted huge amount from my trading account.
It was already discussed with broker regarding brokerage charges and that was confirmed by them that from 6th November 2018 brokerage charges will be :- Intraday – 1 Paise, Delivery – 10 Paise and Options – Rs 30 Per lot. Again, It was discussed with broker (Kumar.Shravan@edelweissfin.com) on November 13th and confirmed that brokerage charges will be :- Intraday – 1 Paise, Delivery – 10 Paise and options – Rs 20 per lot but when I checked the excel sheet and found that my brokerage is charged wrongly which is too much and deducted huge money wrongly from my trading account.
Again in early December discussed with Ravindra (ravindra.kumar@edelweissfin.com) Relationship manager and got verbal assurance that my amount will be reverted within few days but they are not replying same thing over email. They have done wrong thing with verbal communication and later asking that do you have any written communication. They are not trustworthy at all.
I haven’t got the amount even they have stopped responding to my emails.

Accually mai aspke Ex branch manager varanas Anurag Srivastava ka profile status janana chahta hoon because last year 19 April 2019 ko meri sister ke sath anurag g ki marriage hui thi. Marriage je baad se hi anurag aur unki family members dowery ke liye gali galauj aur marate pitate the . Last year 1 aur 2 November ko meri sister ko in logon ne bahut hi buri tarah se mara pita aur ghar se nikal diya jiske baad mazboor hokar police complaint against anurag and family karani padi. Ab case no. 0524/2019 varanasi local family court mein hai. Is vajah se anurag g ki profile status required hai so please help my sister. Yadi FIR aur Medical Report ki copy aapko chahiye to main provide kara dunga.
Sir I am open an ac edelweiss trading on 21/09/2020. I am fill and submitted all documents . even am POA submitted. But am not sell my share and not show share in my ac. Your agent and service customer service agent not talk properly and rude talk with customer. Your service provide agent name leswan his mobile no. 9136945958 not slove my issue and he will not answer on what up sms or not pick the phone. I am loss on my share because your agent .pls help
