The first step is to get in touch with the Axis Direct Customer Care. If the response from the support team is not satisfactory, then it makes sense to contact the Axis Direct Compliance officer.
Most of the times, the issues get resolved at this step (contact details are provided below).
In case, you are still unsatisfied with the solution, it makes total sense to get in touch with the teams at specific exchanges (i.e. NSE or BSE etc).
Finally, you can also contact SEBI if the exchanges do not provide you with a resolution.
If things still do not work out, you can go ahead with the legal proceedings as well.

I visited Axis Direct branch to open Trading account to facilitate trading trading for my long before opened Demat account Nos.10821854 (Individual) and 10839320 (jointly with wife) during the third week of July, 2018. The official dealing with or responsible at that time obtained signatures and informed that within 3 – 4 days the email will be updated and will call back
There was no feedback, then I called and Mr.Shirish informed me about the plan of Rs.1700 and Rs.5700 to trade without additional brokerage for transaction of Rs.300000 and Rs.600000 (I am not sure about the amount of transaction) and I met him in Borivali office on 27 July, 2018
During the visit, whatever documents required for opening trading account have given to him, since wife is in New Delhi, I collected the form for clubbing the trading account, already existing email and mobile phone number with Axis Bank was further confirmed and submitted. I sent the forms for wife’s signature and then submitted
On 03 August, 2018 I got a message that my trading account opened and then it was operational with Demat account No.10821854.
As per the advise of Mr.Shirish, I have submitted documents for inclusion of DP account No.10839320 with Axisdirect Trading account No.205117 to Ms.Aruna of Axis bank Vasai branch on 07 August 2018 and she arranged delivery to Mr.Shirish of Axisdirect for appropriate action and Mr.Shirish confirmed receipt then forwarded to the appropriate section for incorporation.
There was no feedback and I kept on reminding Mr.Shirish frequently, his response is that he did his assignment and the follow up of officials from the appropriate office of Axisdirect is not yet effected. Even after two weeks action was not effected from your office, thus it gives an awkward unpleasant feeling because it affect trading adversely
On 23 August, 2018 I sent an email to helpdesk@axisdirect.in but no one responsible not only replied but not bothered to send an acknowledgement. That mail is is below for your reference as well as the first mail from axisdirect confirming the account opening.
I called your customer care center on 27 August, 2018, executive Ms.Pooja after listening me carefully asked the phone number of Shirish that I have provided and she communicated with him to send the POD number, she provided complaint No.4888781 for future reference if it is not attended within three days from 27 August 2018.
On 30 August, 2018, I was able to see both demat account numbers but the portfolio details of our joint account was not visible and as such trade cannot be possible. Again I called customer care and the lady (name I do not remember) did not understand the problem, she called back to know the problem and then assured that it will be attended by today with complaint reference number 4889493
Today I opened the site to make trading but situation remained the same, so had to call again customer care, Mr.Atish replied me and said that one form is not submitted for SMS Alert. Since there is no change in my existing data, I could not understand why he mentioned that I felt awkward, he was very cooperative although tested my patience with hold on music over phone about more than 30 minutes to an hour or so. Then his supervisor Mr.Pradeep Tripathi come online and I tried to convince him that I have submitted the form to your office and my email as well as mobile phone number is already existing in bank account and submitted at the time of trading account opening. He further asked me did I change my email id or mobile phone number and my replied in negative. He assured a call back and honoured his promise then informed that he will arrange to send an executive to collect SMS Alert form again to be filled and signed in by me. Somebody called me from (+919004508143) Thane to know the way to my house in Vasai,then he said that he will talk to his senior first. I got a complaint reference number 4889701 that it will be processed within 2 working day, Alas what a PROMPT SERVICE!!! I think that this method of service will be continued by YOUR EXPERTS, if so I don’t have other alternate but to find better service providers, there is nothing compelling on your or me. If you can’t change then it is better me to change, rather than wasting precious time and energy physically and psychologically
I am unable to book profit when the market is in favour and invest in downfall, all are because of the carelessness of the concerned officials who requires more training or may be fit in another department or may not be fit for the established name of Axis Direct. Continue with them without corrective action will only help to degrade and defame the reputation. An early action in this regard is requested

Sir, that is to inform your Axis Bank personnel people recover forced money sending is stealing money from the account of Ghanshyam Kumar and false person wrong bill and shows ever not complete bill business. Even Axis Bank employee who is also not and not Customer Care to find the phone has been blocked by our numbers. This way the bank personnel who Ghanshyam Kumar is the physical person mentally and financially abusive.
