They have hidden charges. They do not respond or send something irrelevant. They also charge separately for software. The poa is the nightmare here where they take the effect of pledge but it is not pledge and you will be charged thousands of rupees as interest. Even for obvious incorrect debits, you have to complain to the NSE and SEBI for redressal. Except the low brokerage there is nothing positive about the company.

In option expiery day they are not allowing to trade, rejecting. Comparing to other discount brokers, this one waste. They offer some money back and all you never get it. If we call them no response for that. Better try with others.
